Return & Exchange Policy

MERCHANDISE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise returned in original condition is fully refundable or may be exchanged for any merchandise available on our website.  Original condition includes but is not limited to unworn merchandise in its original box or packaging with original tags and labels affixed.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION & RETURN SHIPPING

Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  A Return Authorization number may be requested by visiting www.justourshoes.com/returns or by calling 800-431-4911.   Please use the return shipping label provided with your order and be sure to include your Return Authorization number where indicated.  We recommend shipping the item to us using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance such as UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Merchandise must be shipped back prepaid.  Merchandise shipped without a Return Authorization number or postage due may be returned at your expense.

REFUNDS

Merchandise that qualifies as fully refundable must be received within 14 days of receipt of your Return Authorization number.    Refunds are issued in the same method as your original payment and are processed within 7 business days after merchandise has been received.

DEFECTS & WORN MERCHANDISE

We guarantee every pair of shoes purchased at Just Our Shoes to be free from manufacturer’s defect.  If you believe your purchase contains a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us immediately.  Normal wear is not considered to be a defect and is subject to our determination.

COLORS & MONITOR SETTINGS

Due to the different capabilities & settings of computer monitors, the colors displayed on your monitor might differ from that of other monitors. We do our best to represent our merchandise as accurately as possible by utilizing the finest high resolution digital photography methods available, however we cannot guarantee that the color you are seeing is exactly the same as the actual product.

SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERS & DROPSHIPS
Any item, size, color or material not regularly offered on our website is considered a special order. Special orders may be non-refundable or non-returnable at the sole discretion of store management. Merchandise that is currently on backorder or dropshipped directly from the manufacturer will be billed at the time your order is placed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, however, due to the nature of these transactions, this policy is beyond our control.
