Holiday Return Policy

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Original condition includes but is not limited to unworn merchandise in its original box or packaging with original tags and labels affixed.  We highly recommend wearing your shoes in your house with a sock or other foot covering if you are unsure of the fit, color, style or other reason.   Merchandise indicated as "Fully Refundable" must be returned to us within 30 days after Christmas on January 26, 2020.  Your refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.  Merchandise indicated as "No Refunds" must be returned to us within 30 days after Christmas on January 26, 2020.  Your refund will be issued in the form of a Just Our Shoes gift card.  Gift cards may be used toward any future purchase.   Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale" may not be returned.  Your merchandise return options will be clearly indicated on the product page, in your cart and on your invoice.

RETURN NOTIFICATION

Please let us know of any eligible merchandise that you are returning to us.  Sign in to your account and view your order history.  Locate the item you wish to return and select the return icon.  Complete the return form.  Non-registered customers (guests) may Start a Return here.   You will receive an automated response indicating your return notification was successful.   Please follow the shipping instructions found in the paperwork included with your order. 

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Most merchandise indicated as "Fully Refundable" is eligible for free return shipping.  A pre-paid UPS return label will be provided with your order.   Free return shipping is only available on footwear shipped to customers in the lower 48 United States.  Accessories are excluded.  Merchandise indicated as "No Refunds" must be returned to us at your expense.   We reserve the right to return any merchandise received past the allowable return time, to you, at your expense.  A minimum $15 fee will be assessed for returns that use our pre-paid UPS shipping label for late or ineligible returns.

DEFECTS & WORN MERCHANDISE

We guarantee every pair of shoes purchased at Just Our Shoes to be free from manufacturer’s defect.  If you believe your purchase contains a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us immediately.  Normal wear is not considered to be a defect and is subject to our determination.

SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERS & DROPSHIPS
Any item, size, color or material not regularly offered on our website is considered a special order. Special orders may be non-refundable or non-returnable at our discretion. Merchandise that is currently on back order or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be billed at the time your order is placed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, however, due to the nature of these transactions, this policy is beyond our control.
