Return & Exchange Policy


Most merchandise returned in original condition is fully refundable or may be exchanged for any merchandise available on our website.  Original condition includes but is not limited to unworn merchandise in its original box or packaging with original tags and labels affixed.  We highly recommend wearing your shoes in your house with a sock or other foot covering if you are unsure of the fit, color, style or other reason.  Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale - No Returns" may not be returned or exchanged.  Merchandise indicated as "No Refunds - Exchange Only" may be returned at your expense for exchange or gift card only.  Gift cards may be used toward any future purchase.  Merchandise return options will be clearly indicated in the product description and in your cart.


Start your holiday shopping early!  Merchandise purchased between 11/13 & 12/24 is subject to our Special Holiday Return Policy.  Return Authorization must be requested by January 15, 2019.   A Return Authorization number may be requested by visiting here or by calling 800-431-4911.   A UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you once return authorization is given. Free return shipping is only available on fully refundable footwear purchased and shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only.   Accessories and socks are excluded.  Merchandise received without prior return authorization may be returned to you at your expense at our discretion.  Merchandise that qualifies as returnable must be received within 14 days of receipt of your Return Authorization number.


We guarantee every pair of shoes purchased at Just Our Shoes to be free from manufacturer’s defect.  If you believe your purchase contains a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us immediately.  Normal wear is not considered to be a defect and is subject to our determination.

Any item, size, color or material not regularly offered on our website is considered a special order. Special orders may be non-refundable or non-returnable at our discretion. Merchandise that is currently on back order or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be billed at the time your order is placed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, however, due to the nature of these transactions, this policy is beyond our control.
