How do I go about placing an order?
You have several options. The most convenient way would be to place an order online using our electronic shopping cart. We are also available to accept orders by telephone during regular business hours. Our toll-free phone number is (800) 431-4911. Feel free to leave a message for our customer service staff, however, for your security, please do not leave any credit card information.
How do I shop online using the electronic shopping cart?
As you browse through our catalog and see an item that you wish to purchase, select a color, material & size by clicking the appropriate check box next to each picture. To add that item to your shopping cart, click the "Add Item To Cart" button located near each picture. You should then follow the instructions provided to either continue shopping or check out.
Is this transaction secure?
Absolutely. We use the latest 128 bit SSL-encrypted security measures to ensure that your personal information such as address & credit card number are not seen by anyone but us.
How will my purchases be shipped and what will it cost?
Most merchandise is shipped via UPS to most locations within the United States. FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground Service is offered on most orders over $100. Orders $100 and under are subject to a $10 shipping fee. UPS 2nd Day is available for $30 and UPS Next Day for $50. These flat rates apply to any amount of merchandise (within reason) as long as it is purchased at the same time. Special orders and certain merchandise may be excluded or may not be available for shipping via 2nd Day or Next Day. We regret that UPS will not ship to Post Office boxes. Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Service may be limited outside the 48 contiguous United States. Alternate shipping methods may be available. What should I do if my shoes do not fit?
You have two options. You can send the shoes back to us and we will exchange them for another pair of the same style & color...or you can return them for a full refund. Certain restrictions apply. Please be sure to read our store policy for complete information about disoounted, sale & off-price merchandise as well as proper return authorization procedures.
Can you tell me about your Promo Codes?
Occassionally, we issue discount promotional codes to those who have chosen to receive email advertisements from us. Promo codes must be entered in the appropriate area of the checkout form when completing your order. Please note that any discount will not be reflected in your final purchase total or our first (automatic) email confirmation. Your total will be revised before the item is shipped and will be reflected in our second final email confirmation.
If I order online or by phone, can I return my purchase to any retail location?
We certainly understand that many local customers would prefer to make returns and exchanges at either of our retail locations. However, we are unable to accomodate those requests at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Please contact us for proper return authorization procedures.
Do you accept international orders?
We will gladly ship most merchandise to Canada payable with a U.S. or Canadian-issued credit card. Canadian customers can follow our regular checkout procedures. Shipping to other countries is on a case-by-case basis but must be by PayPal, Wire Transfer or Certified Bank Cheque pre-paid in US dollars only. Contact us for further information. Be sure to provide us with your shipping address, preferred payment method and order information and we will provide you with a quote. Free shipping is not available for any international orders. As the importer, you are solely responsible for any tariffs, duties or fees imposed by your country.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
No. Clothing & footwear are non-taxable items in New Jersey.
When is my order considered "complete" and am I able to revise or cancel it once it is finalized?
Your order is not complete until you click the "Accept Return Policy & Complete Order" button and are sent to the confirmation page. You can cancel or revise your order at any point up until then. Once your order is complete, if you need to change or revise any part of it, please contact us immediately.
What will you do with my name, mailing address and email address?
We assume that you are providing this information to us in strict confidence. Therefore, it is our policy not to disclose any information that you will provide to us to any outside party. Selling customer information is wrong and is not practiced by Just Our Shoes.
